Digital Trends 2023; Nobody could have predicted where the year 2021 would take us: In these last months where the COVID-19 pandemic continues, there has been more digital transformation than in the last decade.

5G Will Finally Be Standardized

We’ve been hearing about the benefits of 5G for years, but it wasn’t until remote working, video conferencing and digital collaboration became mainstream parts of our lives this year that the need for reliable connectivity and more bandwidth became turned into a real and concrete benefit that we could all understand and appreciate. 5G is one of the TOP 2023 Digital Trends.

We have already seen an explosion of Customer Data Platforms (CDPs) in recent months – and with good reason. Fragmented data from multiple sources can be notoriously difficult to organize, which is obviously not ideal for businesses that rely on timely and well-curated data to operate optimally, this is one of the 2023 digital trends that is well established as businesses already are requesting profiles with a Master in Big Data for their companies.

The hybrid cloud to power

We have known for a long time that companies are increasingly moving towards hybrid cloud infrastructure, without a doubt it is one of the digital trends for this 2023. From SaaS applications and on-premises solutions to a mix of public and private clouds, hybrid cloud strategies help organizations find the right balance for their unique cloud infrastructure needs.

Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning are believed to be important to this digital trend as we will see the continued rise of attempts at nefarious activities that require more sophisticated tools and algorithms. This will prove to be a huge opportunity for the likes of Fortinet and Cisco in areas like firewalls and intrusion detection, as well as companies like Splunk and IBM for security identification and event management (SIEM).

The data

Undoubtedly one of the 2023 digital trends is the disappearance of third-party cookies, advertisers will seek every opportunity to have a more direct relationship with consumers and this means having a customer data platform (CDP) that allows them to unify the user experience. Users will also be more open to sharing their data or allowing tracking as long as it adds value and allows them to have an enhanced experience.

Privacy and computing

Another approach to underpinning cybersecurity, particularly when it comes to communication and data privacy, is confidential computing. The idea of confidential computing is to encrypt the entire computing process, not just the data, by creating additional layers of security around sensitive information. Google, Microsoft, IBM, Alibaba, and VMware are helping develop new protocols and best practices through the Confidential Computing Consortium .

e-commerce

This year, more and more brands will ensure that every point of contact with consumers is an opportunity to make a purchase. Digital trends in 2023 point to increasing investment in retail media and moving away from solely focusing on conversion goals, with major media players already offering commerce solutions. In addition, social networks will no longer be conceivable without social commerce, since influencers already influence purchases without leaving Facebook, Instagram, Twitch, TikTok, etc.

Freemium market in digital audio

Another of the 2023 digital trends is digital audio , the freemium market (users who consume advertising in exchange for a free service) will continue to grow. Also, with the rise of audio during and after the pandemic, brands are beginning to understand that they need to build their audio brand and integrate a 360º audio strategy (podcast, social audio, ads).

Branded content

Non – expendable tokens (NFTs) are set to become an integral part of branded content strategies. Based on the Ethereum blockchain technology (one of the largest cryptocurrencies in the world), NFTs allow any digital content to be tokenized with a certificate of authenticity that identifies them as unique, non-repeatable, and non-exchangeable digital assets.

Headless technology disrupts industries

People are making much more use of online shopping. Research shows that 86% of businesses say their customer acquisition costs have increased in the last 24 months. This means two things: The first is that organizations need to maximize the return on investment of their net costs of acquiring new customers. By going beyond the omnichannel experience to connect everything from warehouses to storefronts to online services, businesses in 2022 could be more efficient, more streamlined, and possibly catch up with competitors if they embrace it a little faster than them.

Sports

The phenomenon of the Facebook metaverse and other digital trends 2022, the versatility, the rapid adoption of NFTs, and the engagement of communities with their teams through FAN TOKENS, will offer great opportunities for brands.

Esports-endemic companies will be able to develop points of interaction with their communities and non-endemic brands will be able to engage in one-off or longer-term activations with these communities, offering exceptional brand experiences while introducing their values and products to that territory and those products.

Another of the 2023 digital trends is to continue telecommuting . Even as economies slowly reopen and employees are finally allowed to return to work, businesses will continue to take it upon themselves to protect employees from potential outbreak resurgences. Many big tech companies like Google and Facebook have already extended their work-from-home policies to 2023. Even smaller companies are keeping this new flexibility as an operational option.

The coronavirus pandemic caught most companies off guard, but it also showed that you can continue to work effectively with remote employees, sometimes improving productivity and reducing operational costs. That is why the digital trend that will not be seen in 2023, is companies rushing to return to pre-COVID on-site work models.

Increasing competition and the race for profitability amid the pandemic have put the customer in the driver’s seat. The old paradigm of leading the customer is gradually being phased out in favor of a new one: following customers and serving their requirements.

As technology changes B2B marketing strategies, companies need to stay on top of industry developments. Acquiring any or all of them would mean staying relevant and on the cutting edge. top of the growing competition. Here are the digital marketing trends for B2B companies.

Account-based Marketing

Account-Based Marketing (ABM) is a modern approach pivoting on B2B marketing in which marketers and sales staff collaborate to identify and convert the most suitable customers.

Success with this approach will require sales and marketing teams to work closely together to help marketers find the most qualified prospects for an ABM strategy within the target population.

Small businesses can benefit from this strategy with a powerful combination of their sales and marketing teams using ABM to target their resources and marketing efforts more effectively. It is one of the best strategy for digital marketing trends for B2B companies.

Compared to other marketing activities, ABM provides a 97% higher return on investment. Ultimately, AMB helps align sales and marketing activities for B2B companies by ensuring efficient use of marketing resources.

Email Personalization

Email marketing is the most successful channel to reach a larger audience. According to the Content Marketing Institute report, 68% of B2B companies consider email newsletters to be one of the best ways to nurture leads. That’s why it becomes critical to personalize emails that deliver quality leads with enhanced conversions through an email.

Another report suggests that 70% of B2B companies that adopted email personalization achieved an exceptional return on investment (ROI). Thanks to the variety of templates and technologies that make personalization, reach, and audience segmentation simpler than ever.

Also, during the pandemic, the world embraced digital signatures to save time and effort, and minimize unnecessary physical contact and wasted paper. Digital signatures can be easily leveraged in emails to improve security and credibility.

B2B email personalization is a big step up from mass emails that get no results. B2B companies can now run email campaigns, analyze them, and use AI to forecast more easily.

AI-powered Customer Experience

Another technology that is helping B2B companies develop increasingly personalized B2B shopper experiences is artificial intelligence (AI). Helps create a unique customer journey across multiple channels. You can opt for an automatic scheduler, spam score checker, automated A/B testing for email marketing, etc.

The use of artificial intelligence in your B2B marketing will help you reduce your costs and errors while increasing your ROI. B2B companies can link and analyze customer data to generate consumer insights that integrate marketing, sales, and customer service.

According to Salesforce, 21% of sales leaders rely heavily on AI apps, and most collaborate with marketing teams to share these apps. Just like how email personalization helps drive more conversions, adapting other aspects of marketing can also help unlock different growth metrics.

Video Marketing

There are some technology trends that B2B companies can’t afford to ignore, and this is one of them. As a digital marketer today, you need the power of technologies like video content to make it more accessible and engaging.

Video marketing is highly beneficial for B2B businesses as it provides a visual reference to the buyer’s journey. Additionally, you can also create case study videos that bolster your marketing efforts. This is becoming a trend as more and more B2B companies are adopting video to reach their customers. Spending on video advertising is projected to rise in the coming years, especially as the pandemic pushes many businesses to make purchasing decisions virtually. Adopting video marketing for B2B would mean communicating key business information in an entertaining way.

Brand videos can help B2B buyers learn about new trends and hone existing capabilities. By 2024, video ad spending will reach $12.66 billion, up from $10.18 billion in 2019.

Multichannel Marketing

Chances are, you’re already sending out emails as part of your B2B marketing campaign, sweeping email lists week after week. But without a multi-channel marketing plan, your business could be missing out on even more growth.

The most successful marketers know the importance of multi-channel marketing as they continue to access multiple channels to reach different businesses. This includes digital and offline marketing operations. B2B companies can adopt a variety of techniques to achieve success with this type of campaign, primarily by tapping into the wants and preferences of their consumers across different media platforms.

Here are just a few of the many ways to simplify multi-channel marketing and speed up the creation of a cohesive experience. Do your research before deciding or investing in a new platform.

For example, if you’re thinking of running ads on a mobile app, identify your target audience and check the app’s CTR.

 • Create a defined plan for the business goals that drive your content.
 • Track your marketing efforts using lead tracking software.
 • Invest time fine-tuning all marketing channels, including regular updates.

The post What Is Guest Blogging For? appeared first on Web Snipers.

While writing content, it is important to have a strategy and know why we write, who we are addressing or what content we can create. Guest blogging is a very common technique in the marketing world. The guest post, or guest article, is a strategy to follow to increase traffic to our page and thus improve the results.

Guest Blogging

Guest blogging is to generate content on platforms other than ours. If we generate content outside, as a guest on a reference blog or a prominent page in the sector, it will allow us to achieve greater visibility and attract new users to our channels, also helping us at the SEO level. It is important to know that, if we act as guest bloggers, we have to write original and interesting content for users, dedicating more effort to the posts you write as a guest. Some of the uses of Guest blogging are:

Web Traffic

Guest blogging is a great way to increase your blog traffic. In most cases, when you make a guest post, they are allowed to include a link to your website, which serves to drive more visitors to your site. When people read your blog post on other websites, they tend to want to know more about your services. Once your guest post is published, you will start to see new traffic. Use content to boost your forwarding by taking advantage of this opportunity.

In Building Relationships

When you write articles, your fellow bloggers will very likely enjoy your content and gain more influence with it. The result is you will have the opportunity to establish a good relationship with your fellow bloggers. When they need more content, they will consider contacting you again. Most importantly, the relationship you build with other bloggers can pay off in the future if you continue the professional relationship.

Improves Writing Skills

Writing on someone else’s blog especially on blogs with some authority and success, get rich from receiving honest comments to improve your posts. This feedback always allows you to know areas that need improvement.

Shows Authority

The important thing in guest posting services is that it allows you to showcase your expertise in your area. When you write informational articles on someone else’s blog or website, you increase your readership base. They will see you as someone looking for the information they need. Search engines like Google look at the authority of any blog or website. They measure this authority, in part, by the number of backlinks from other authorized websites. These backlinks weigh on your authority score. You can also show your social followers how you’ve expanded your horizons while inviting them to read the new content.

The post Eight Digital Marketing KPIs You Can’t Ignore appeared first on Web Snipers.

]]>
The marketing world is continually changing. Especially in our modern digital age, it can be hard to gauge what works and what doesn’t when it comes to marketing strategies. Luckily, several key performance indicators (KPIs) can measure how a company is performing in the long term. Monitoring and meeting these KPIs regarding the customer’s journey and experience is a key part of a marketing specialist’s job. Let’s take a closer look at eight KPIs essential to tracking long-term performance and monitor payoffs on marketing efforts.

Social Media Growth

One of the most straightforward and easily accessible key performance indicators is your social media growth. Social media is a powerful tool that is free or low-cost to operate. Using your social media effectively leads to a growing client base. Social media also allows you to interact directly with your audiences to create stronger relationships and attract new clients. Tracking social media growth is simple because you can easily track followers on Instagram and Twitter and Facebook likes. Many social media sites do the statistical analysis for you, making it easier to keep track of.

Website Traffic

Monitoring your website traffic can indicate what’s working on your site and what isn’t. In addition to telling you about your site’s user experience (UX), looking into website traffic gives you a better picture of your client base. You should be monitoring who is coming to your site, what they are looking for, how they found you, and whether they got what they wanted from your page. You can tell these things in a myriad of ways, including:

 • Number of page views
 • How many pages each user clicked on within your site
 • Session length
 • Bounce rate

Leads

Assessing your lead numbers is crucial to keeping your marketing efforts afloat. Keep track of yearly, quarterly, and monthly lead numbers and make sure that they correspond with your marketing efforts. If they don’t correlate, it may be time to rethink your strategy.

Strength Of Inbound Links

Inbound links bring users from other sites to yours through linked articles or blog posts. These improve your site’s credibility, as they build your reputation as a source of expertise that other sites reference. This tactic is important in the world of search engine optimization (SEO) and can amplify your marketing efforts across the board.

Email Performance

It may seem kind of old school, but your company’s email base is still incredibly relevant to overall digital marketing success. There are several ways you can assess how your emails are working, including:

 • Number of emails on your email list
 • How many people unsubscribe
 • How many people open your emails
 • Number of clicks your site gets through your emails
 • How many people use coupon codes included in your emails

All of these indicate the health of this area of your marketing strategy and may give you an idea of whether you need to make changes.

Cost Per Action Performance

Cost per action (CPA) is essential to most marketing platforms nowadays. Luckily, if you are using Google’s CPA programs, there are built-in ways to assess how your efforts are doing week-to-week or month-to-month. If you see a dip, it is likely time to alter what you’re paying to advertise.

Return On Investment

Return on investment (ROI) can be a little bit tricky, but it is the bottom line when assessing KPIs. It’s important to compare your money spent on specific efforts and the amount of money these efforts bring into the company. While leads and potential clients are great, ultimately, you want to see financial gains for your marketing efforts.

Customer Retention

Monitoring how often your customers return or remain loyal is essential to understand what you’re doing right. Leads and growth are great, but if people aren’t sticking around or offering referrals to friends, they’ll be a dead-end in the long run. On the other hand, understanding why one-time customers don’t return is vital to increasing customer retention.

If you offer a product or service that doesn’t require multiple purchases in a short time (such as construction work or RV sales), you may need to get creative about how to interact with your customers. This will help assess if you’ve retained their loyalty or if they’ll go elsewhere next time. Referrals are an excellent way to track this for goods and services that are infrequently sought out.

Choose a Data-Driven Partner to Work With

Monitoring your KPIs helps you understand where you stand. It can be hard to assess from reviews and comments alone, so looking at the big picture allows you to be more confident as you move forward with marketing strategies. SEO stands for Search Engine Optimization. It is the process to improve the visibility of a website in the organic results of different search engines.

SEO (Search Engine Optimization)

SEO refers to organic results, that is, not paid. The complementary option (paying a cost per click to rank first for a given search) is known as SEM or Search Engine Marketing. To put a metaphor, SEO is similar to looking for good free parking next to the place where you have to go, while SEM would be the equivalent of paying for parking.

As with almost all disciplines of online marketing, SEO has evolved a lot over the years. In its origins, web positioning techniques were very primitive and relied heavily on repeating some specific keywords, while now the user experience is much more important.

The concepts and techniques that you should take into account are:

SEO Consultant.

To achieve the goals that you want for your website, hiring an SEO agency will benefit you tremendously. Companies like Sure Oak will help your company get found online and drive sustainable growth by ensuring more traffic turns into more revenue.

Organic or Natural Positioning.

It is the content strategy based on looking for the first organic positions in search engines.

Web positioning.

They are other synonyms for organic or natural positioning. There are many types of techniques to achieve this goal.

Search Engine Optimisation strategy.

Guest blogging.

Link building.

Whitehat SEO.

SEO Agency.

Search Engine Optimisation and Search Engine Marketing.

Differences between the two concepts related to appearing in search engines. Although SEO is organic positioning and SEM is the payment strategy to appear with ads.

SEO on Google.

SEO strategy focused on “liking” the most used search engine worldwide.

Local SEO.

The positioning strategy focused on appearing in queries made by users locally (close to our location).

SEO Expert.

Professional who has focused his career and experience on developing SEO strategies for clients.

Pillar pages and topic cluster. How to create a pillar content to rank better for a certain keyword and then create a content cluster around it to improve the positioning of the pillar page.

Search Engine Optimisation.

Techniques that seek to improve the positioning of a keyword or content.

The Main Strategies Of Search Engine Optimisation

As positioning evolves, so do the SEO strategies that are applied. These are the main trends in SEO strategies that you should take into account for your website:

The voice searches. It is estimated that in 2020 50% of searches will be done through voice, with technologies such as smart speakers or the Google assistant. This implies an important change in the way in which positioning is approached since voice searches tend to be longer, longer tail, and expressed in a more natural way.

 • The intentionality. Artificial intelligence is increasingly playing a more prominent role in positioning. Instead of searching for keywords blindly, search engines are able to detect the intentionality of a user even if they express their search in different ways. Therefore, the focus should always be on the usefulness of the user and quality content.
 • Google’s zero position. Increasingly, Google searches incorporate a result in “position zero”, that is, that shows part of the content of a page as a direct answer to the user’s question. In order to appear here, it is important to include rich data on your website.
 • Mobile prioritization. It is a fact that for years Google has decided the ranking of the web-based on its version for mobile phones, not that of computers. There is no excuse for not having a perfectly optimized mobile website, either through responsive website design or Accelerated Mobile Pages.

This is not the first time you’ve heard that everything can be measured in digital marketing. CTR is the most important in the digital world. But, do you know exactly what CTR is? How is it calculated? What is its formula? & why it is so important? Let me tell you.

What Is CTR?

In Digital Marketing, the CTR (Click Through Rate) or percentage of clicks is the number of clicks obtained on a link or an advertisement with respect to the number of impressions.

The CTR is a KPI( key performance indicator) that is used to measure the effectiveness of a digital ad or campaign and is always expressed as a percentage.

How Is The CTR Calculated?

To calculate it we have to use its formula, as I have previously mentioned we have to divide the number of clicks by the number of impressions (times it has been shown) and multiply it by 100. Below you can see the formula to calculate it:

CTR formula:
CTR = [ Clicks / Impression ]100

If you have launched a campaign on Google ADS and the ad has been shown 1000 times of which the link has been clicked 40 times. If we apply the formula, the CTR of this announcement would be (40/1000) x 100 = 4%. In the same way, we can calculate it in SEO, in Display or Banners campaigns, in Social Paid Media campaigns (Facebook ADS, Instagram ADS, Linkedin ADS, or Twitter ADS), etc.

When Does A CTR Consider Optimal?

It is a difficult answer to answer in a general way since it depends on the medium where we carry out the campaign. The same CTRs are not obtained in Google ADS search campaigns with sponsored text links, as in Instagram campaigns with visual creatives.

For example, 0.6% in a Display banner campaign may be normal, while 1.2% in a Google ADS text link campaign may be poor. Therefore it is always recommended to compare it within the same context.

According to WordStream: the average CTR for text ads from the Google ADS search network is 2%, while in banner ads on the Google Display network it is around 0.35%, and in the Ads on Facebook is 0.90%.

Importance Of Measuring CTR

Let me tell you why it is more important to measure and work on it.

 • To get more traffic. Without a doubt, it is the main benefit. Both in SEO and in paid campaigns, the higher this KPI, the greater number of visits we will obtain and this becomes more possibilities to achieve our objectives.
 • It measures the effectiveness of our campaigns. As a good indicator, it allows us to see if our ads are being effective or not. As we mentioned before, this digital KPI is the result between the times an ad is displayed and the times they have clicked on it, therefore it is an indication to detect those that are not working or, on the contrary, those that work better.

The higher this KPI, the more effective the ad is, and conversely when it is low, it means that the ad is not being effective. When we are faced with a low click-through rate we will have to review the design of the ad, the copy, or its correct display on all devices.

 • To make our campaigns more profitable. If you have an ad with a good CTR in a paid campaign, the algorithms of the different platforms (Google, Facebook, Instagram …) reward you with greater visibility and cheaper clicks because they consider that your ads are of interest to their users.

It is logical if we think that they also think about the user experience. So having this Kpi well-optimized allows you to monetize your marketing budget

Digital Marketing or online marketing has other meanings widely used, such as marketing 2.0, Internet marketing, or cyber marketing, .We will help you to understand what it is and how it can help your business goals. Online marketing is same as offline marketing by using new technologies and networks.

It is a system that allows the advertiser’s products or services to be promoted online, through platforms and tools strategically and in line with the company’s general marketing strategy.

Important Factors To Launch A Digital Marketing Campaign

Here the 4 essential points that your brand has to take into account before you start spending your marketing budget. Although if you are in the hands of an online marketing agency, they will take care of advising you correctly.

1.Usability. The website or landing page on which the brand’s service or product is promoted must be highly efficient. Its usability has to facilitate the conversion to purchase and not the other way around, that is, it is very intuitive. If the abandonment rate skyrockets it will be necessary to review the usability of a page and its design.

2.Template Or Graphic Design. The expression “buy through the eyes” goes directly into this section and gives it meaning. We are a visual species, for this reason, the design of the page that promotes the product or service must be very attractive visually and what is being sold must stand out above the other components of the page. Seeks that everything is clear, simple, direct, attractive, and avoids extravagances. Seek to make the final consumer fall in love with everything you develop within your digital marketing strategy.

3.Search Engines. These platforms or websites are responsible for bringing order to all the information that exists on the internet by indexing it and facilitating searches for users. How can you integrate them into your online marketing strategy? In 2 ways: through SEO and SEM. The first concept refers to the organic or natural positioning of your product or service website and the second point is to appear in the payment results (it is also called pay per click, PPC, or promoted ads).

4.Promotion Actions. The Internet offers you exclusive channels to carry out your digital marketing actions, such as Social Ads or advertising on social networks (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram or LinkedIn), branded content or content marketing (blogs and online media), email marketing, mobile apps or applications or digital advertising

Implementing The Marketing Strategy

Don’t forget to define your objective, the segmentation of the audience that you want to attack, and the budget that you will have.

1. Build A Website

If you already have a website or landing page, at Cyberclick we help you optimize it to improve all its parts, such as the text, the accompanying images, the form, the way to highlight the product or service, and the order of the entire interface.

In the event that the advertiser has not yet created it, then it can be done from scratch, according to its needs or requirements, and also by providing our experience and knowledge

Think that it is the place where the visitor will arrive and where we want to make him our client or obtain from him some type of information or action. For this reason, the site must be intuitive, attractive, and very easy to use, to facilitate conversion according to the rules of online marketing.

2. Bring Traffic To The Page

This is the start of the online marketing campaign. The actions and channels and the budget that will be allocated to each of these parameters have been well defined. As soon as the ads are activated, traffic will start to arrive at the website you have created

3. Use Search Engine Optimization

While designing the texts of the landing page or the website always do it with an SEO mentality, highlighting the key keywords and that will position us in natural searches that will attract potential visitors interested in our product or service.

Although there is also the SEM, the promoted ads, another of the actions that can be interesting to develop in the online marketing strategy. Google or Yahoo may be essential in certain campaigns to achieve sales in some sectors of the market.

4. Social Media

Human beings are social special and we love being in contact with other specimens. This phrase sounds very scientific and analytical, but this is how digital marketing should be. Based on measurable or measurable parameters. So, if we like to socialize, it is natural the success that social networks have had in the last decade.

If the majority of users are on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, or LinkedIn, companies must also be connected, with their own profiles and with online marketing actions in Social Ads.
You know, if you want to have the best results in your digital marketing investment, do not hesitate to follow all these steps and ask us for help.
